Could have become a loadscreen for a Blizzard special game called Dota.

DA Takes it more seriously when you do "Report Deviation" saying "Theft of my work" rather than "Permission issues" but I reported it anyway. You should too though.

Although I first discovered the picture because yet someone else was using it for some kind of banner, and I used TinEye to try to find the original. It didn't turn up yours, but it did turn up this copy. It also appeared on some Russian Messageboard.
